Centrally manage email signatures in mailboxes
The Email Signature Manager tool allows an organization to standardize signatures in mailboxes and extend company branding. A Domino administrator (or delegate with edit access) can mange email signatures in selected or all Domino mailboxes acecssed by Notes, iNotes and Verse clients.
