The "Set user name and enable schedule agent" request is generated when a user sets the Out of Office agent. A user must have Editor access to the mail file set this agent.
Triggered by: From Notes® client mail file, choose Tools -> Out of Office, and then complete the Out of Office dialog box.
Carried out on: The server that the mail client is running on when the user performs the action to enable the agent.
Carried out: Immediately
Result: Activates the Out of Office agent for the user whose mail file was active when the agent was set.
