ADMINISTERING
The Domino® Domain Monitor has a Reassign Event feature, accessible from within the Event document, that you use to reassign an event that you have opened.
About this task
You must have Author access with the role Assign Events in the ACL for DDM.NSF to assign your own events to another administrator. You must have Editor access with the role Assign Events to reassign any event documents, regardless of the event's owner. The Reassign Events button does not display if you do not have the required access. Author access is required to add comments to your own events; Editor access is required to add comments to events owned by another administrator.
Procedure
1. From the Domino Administrator, click Files.
2. Open the Domino Domain Monitor database (DDM.NSF).
3. Choose the view that you want to open.
4. Select the event you want to reassign and double-click to open the Event document.
5. Click Reassign Event.
6. Specify the name of the administrator to whom you are reassigning the event. Enter comments as necessary. Comments are added to the Document Change History section of the Event document.
7. Click OK.
8. Optional: When you finish reassigning events to administrators, open the By Assignment view to verify that you assigned all events correctly.
