Setting up mail monitoring

There are three steps to setting up mail monitoring.

Before you begin

Read about the tools for mail monitoring.

Procedure

1. Start mail tracking (the MTC task) on the server.

2. Configure the server for message tracking.

3. Set up the Reports database (REPORTS.NSF).
