INSTALLING
Notes® installation on Microsoft™ Windows™ is supported for single user or multi-user. When installing Notes in a single user environment using the Allclient installation kit, you can install or upgrade the Domino® Designer and Domino Administrator clients.

About this task
This procedure uses the installation executable supplied in the Notes installation kit. For deploying an install or upgrade silently or by way of Smart Upgrade to multiple users, see related topics.
Note: Notes installation on Mac OS is supported for multi-user install only. Notes installation on Citrix XenApp is supported for single user install and multi-user install.
Procedure
1. Shut down all applications.
2. Obtain the Notes Allclient standard install kit. This kit allows you to install Notes in a single user environment.
3. Save the installation kit to a local folder, for example to your C:\temp folder.
4. Navigate to the folder in which you saved the installation kit.
5. Locate and run the setup.exe installation executable.
7. Read and accept the license agreement terms and click Next.
8. Enter your user name and organization, choose the Single-user Install setting and click Next.
9. Accept the default install directory or specify a different installation directory and click Next.
10. Select the features and sub-features to install and click Next.
12. When installation is complete, read the summary screen and click Finish to exit the installation wizard and start Notes.
If this is a new install, respond to the configuration wizard prompts.
