Finding a user name in the domain

You can search for a user name in the domain and obtain logs that include document links and directory links to each occurrence of the user name.

To find references to a user's name with the Domino Administrator

Procedure

1. From the Domino® Administrator, click the People & Groups tab.

2. Select one or more user name(s) that you want to locate in the domain.

3. From the Tools pane, click People -> Find Users.

4. Click Yes to initiate the Administration Request to locate all the occurrences of the selected name(s) in the enterprise.

To view the results of the name search

Procedure

1. From the Domino Administrator, click Server -> Analysis -> Administration Request.

2. Select the All Requests by Action view and locate the Find Name in Domain request.

3. Double-click the report to access the Administration Process - Log document.
